How to prepare it

You're about to savor exquisite meat , because it comes from a natural source . We've roasted this kid goat for hours at a low temperature to retain all its nutrients, juices, and flavors. You'll add the finishing touch, but we're going to make it incredibly easy for you. Just follow these six simple steps .

Preheat the oven to 220º.

We tempered the bag, without opening it, under hot water.

We open the bag and place the kid goat on an ovenproof dish, skin side up.

We sprinkle the meat with the juice from inside the bag and put it in the oven.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until you get the desired golden brown.

Some tips

Our kid goat is seasoned to a neutral level. A little salt , some pepper , garlic, and bay leaf . You can adjust the seasoning in the juices before adding them to the goat .

You can also add a special touch by adding a splash of white wine or sherry . We recommend adding this directly to the meat before putting it in the oven .

If you like to serve roast potatoes with your roast , it's best to bake them in the oven using some of the meat juices. Once they're almost done, proceed with the meat as we've explained, placing it on top of the potatoes and adding the remaining juices. They turn out wonderfully.
