What if a goat always heads for the hills? You bet. Life has brought me back to my land, to my landscapes, to the scents of my childhood.

My name is Marta. I was born in Torralba de los Sisones, in the Jiloca region, northwest of Teruel. I'm a livestock farmer, an entrepreneur, passionate about the rural world, and I'd like to connect it with you through a natural, accessible, and sustainable culinary experience.

Together with my partner, Óscar, we raise free-range, pasture-raised goats in the traditional way . Here, the landscape is theirs: steppe, plains dotted with holm oaks, fields of grain, pine trees, and aromatic herbs.

You too can give meaning to a model of extensive, committed, respectful, and ecological livestock farming that focuses on the recovery of endangered breeds. Try our roast suckling goat! Meat with an inimitable flavor. A truly unique experience to share with your loved ones.

Why do we cook it at a low temperature?

Our meat undergoes a long, slow-cooking process in an oven to achieve excellent flavor and texture. This method preserves nutrients, prevents oxidation, and ensures the kid goat retains all its juices.

WE ARE ECOLOGICAL

We live off the land

All our goats' food comes from the countryside, from the landscapes that surround us. They are picky eaters and have a sweet tooth, so one day it's holm oaks, another day our alfalfa fields… and, in winter, cereals and silage. We respect their life cycles and are members of the Aragonese Committee for Organic Agriculture.

An unforgettable day that combines a tasting of suckling goat with a visit to the natural jewel of this environment : the Gallocanta lagoon, a saltwater wetland, a mandatory stop for thousands of cranes every year.

Slow roast

You'll receive our roast suckling goat, vacuum-packed and delivered to your door, so you can enjoy it all year round. We've cooked it for hours at a low temperature to preserve all its nutrients, juices, and flavors. The final touch is up to you. Just twenty minutes in the oven and... enjoy it with your loved ones!
