Get ready for an adventure with our goats! We'll immerse you in the daily lives of these mischievous creatures. You'll learn about their different breeds, their social dynamics, their eco/gourmet diet, witness their tender nursing moments and even a birth, and of course, they'll give you the chance to pet them!


We will also introduce you to the shepherd dogs in action , leading with grit, and the majestic mastiffs, queens of protection.
If you arrive in the middle of a forest day, you'll see them gliding among the pines, oaks, and thyme, seeking affection and fun; the dogs guiding the flock in search of water and the admirable cleaning work they do for the good of all .

Taste our star product, "suckling goat" roasted at low temperature in its own juices.

Slow cooking at a low temperature enhances its pure flavor, bringing out the essence of the forest with delicate notes of wild herbs. Its golden, crispy skin envelops a tender, juicy meat that melts in your mouth, achieving a perfect balance between texture and flavor. This delicacy will be offered by Laura at the village inn [Torralba de los Sisones].

And if weather conditions permit, the tasting will take place outdoors, here in our natural surroundings. There we will share exquisite grilled suckling goat meat, with that smoky touch that envelops each bite in a unique sensory experience.

Gallocanta, a treasure waiting to be discovered

In the morning, we'll welcome you in Berrueco, facing the Gallocanta lagoon. Carmina, an environmental educator, will give you a brief overview of this unique area. You'll then drive around the lagoon along the track that skirts it, making several strategic stops at ideal birdwatching spots.

With a bit of luck, the cranes will be waiting for you . You will also enjoy the presence of flamingos, shelducks, coots, pochards, stilts, and various species of ducks.
