This law does not provide for a 14-day right of return or dissent on products purchased online, which may deteriorate or expire quickly.

If, upon delivery, it is clearly and visibly apparent, without needing to open the shipping or product packaging, that a product has defects caused by transport damage, or if there is an error in the received merchandise, the user must indicate this on the delivery note in the presence of the delivery driver and, if possible, take a photograph at that time.
