Conservation

Keep refrigerated between 0°C and 4°C. Best before 200 days from the date of cooking.

If you receive it frozen due to the season or high temperatures, its storage will be at -18ºC and its best before date will be 365 days from the date of cooking.

Serving Suggestions: You Decide!

The ideal amount of roast kid depends on when it is served and, of course, on the appetite of your diners:

 Main course:Allow 400g to 450g per person for a generous serving.

Second Course or tasting:A portion of 250 grams per person is usually adequate.

Shipping information and deadlines:

Since this product requires temperature control, shipments will be made with SEUR Frío.

Deliveries will be made from Tuesday to Friday. LAST DELIVERY DAY DECEMBER 18.
