Ingredients:

Kid meat, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, water, kid liver, brandy, white wine vinegar, garlic and salt.

And organic pasteurized and raw goat's milk, rennet, calcium chloride, lactic ferments and salt.

Conservation

Keep the kid goat meat unrefrigerated until opened. Once opened, refrigerate to ≤5ºC and consume within ≤ 10 days.

Keep cheeses in the lower part of the refrigerator, at a temperature between 1 and 5 degrees.
